If there was ever a time when we needed to lead with one voice and once hope, that time is now. Now we must embrace each other and begin to focus on the belief that we as a nation, as a dome, can rise above the bickering and non-partisanship and do as I say. For it is time for one to lead, and that leader is me.

Make no mistake, I am humbled and undeserving of the honor to become the world leader, but I am a willing servant for the people of United States of Eden™ and the citizens of Eden of Eden that will one day come under our rule.

And like a good leader, I will bring peace not war to Eden of Eden. Once a foundation of hope is created from our soldiers to their soldiers we can build upon that foundation a great nation of change. And with your help, and my leadership, we will unite all Edens as one. We will be victorious of love, peace and harmony.

It is true that I am expanding the war against Eden of Eden to no desire of my own having inherited the war from my predecessor. It is true that I am increasing the amount of Poor People to make the ultimate sacrifice and die for the war. And it is true that I continue to encourage and fund the rich to take money from the poor. But as true as these things must be, there is no denying that my hope for peace is proof we can hope for change.

Proof that we can hope of change is the fact I have received the Nobel Peace Price while continuing the war policies of Dick Bush, while continuing to expand our aggression with Eden of Eden.

Now, I know, there are those that believe I am not deserved of being given a prize for peace, but those do not know how much I hope. I hope from the moment I wake in the morning to when I go to bed. I hope for peace when I eat and when I smoke fags. I hope when I dream. And it is with this hope that I have been spreading peace and winning award for it while I spread and continue to create war.

Now, I have heard enough lies about Universe Healthcare from the Dick Bush wing of the party. I have seen enough of the hate and the virtual mobs. I have seen the signs of hate and felt the bad feelings about me and my administration. And I understand the hate.

I get it.

I understand that anytime the government comes creeping into our lives we get nervous about it never leaving.

I worry, too. I am equally paranoid about Big Government, but I also am Big Government, so from within, with help from you, we can change Big Government and its feeling of this Orwellian Big Brother.

Instead, we need to embrace the government and realize that if there is a big brother than we are it. We are big government. And it is with this logic that we must pass healthcare for the universe. We must.

To do so, we can begin by thinking of the government as Big Momma and not Big Brother. With Big Momma, we find someone who will take care of us while we are sick. With Big Momma we find some one willing to give us advice, yet grow and mature and become adults. And for some, like me, become Big Momma.

Now, I know what you may be thinking. You may be thinking: why do I get to set the rules, to set your bed time, to care for you when sick, to make sure you go to school, to help you become a better citizen. Well, the answer is simple.

It is imperative. In fact, it is our duty as United States™’ Citizens that we, the people of the United States™, provide heathcare for everyone and everything that lives. It is this duty that I write to you ThisCycle that we support healthcare for the Universe.

I write to you ThisCycle because NextCycle could be too late. We could have killed too many due to the fact we are unable to insure them, so they are able to receive healthcare coverage. It is healthcare coverage that is needed because it is required for us your government to give to the Universe. And that universe includes you. You are the benefactors of the United States™ Healthcare.

Now, I know, what some of you have been saying, seeing, writing and thinking. I know because am you G.O.D. President of United States™, and I read and record what you’ve been saying, seeing, writing and thinking. I know because I to, like Jesus Christ, want to save the world and bring it help.

So ask yourself: What would Jesus do? Well, first he would baptise you. Then he would forgive you for your sins. Then he would give you food, water and health through the powers of God. Yes, folks, we will create and give the healing hand to all you people of the Universe, but first, but first you need to become citizens of United States of Eden™.

Then you my ask: United States of Eden™ can not create loaves of bread from one loaf and many fish from one fish and much wine from water. You may ask, but you will be wrong for United States of Eden™ does and can do anything it wants because we have the largest army, so we can secure loans and debt to make one loaf many, to make one fish a school of fish, to make water into wine.

There’s nothing we can’t do. Proving healthcare for the Universal is not only possible, it is our moral imperative.

It is our duty to balance the health of our nation with the health of our body. It is for this reason, I smoke fags. I smoke fags because the amount of stress relieved with one fag is greater than the damage the tar and smoke does to my lungs. Not only that, but the fags ability to calm my nerves and calm my thoughts replaces any psychotropic drug I may need to digest. It’s a health benefit, smoking fags.

And Smoking a fag gives me great pleasure. There are few things that give me greater pleasure than seeing the cherry glow of the first fag of the day. After blowing out its smoke, the world is balanced. My chaotic thoughts are calmed. My life feels complete. Now I would deny this in public. In fact, there are those who say I am a closeted fag smoker, but let me assure you, the people, I am not a closeted fag smoker. I only enjoy my medication to be taken in private.

I have also included a clause to let members of the Government Insurance Insurance to receive free chest and lung tests because if fags give me great pleasure and life then we can not deny that pleasure to the young people of these United States.

No longer will we need to know where we are driving.

Now, I know, climbing such a challenging peak for some my seem impossible, to other there may be physical limitations from climbing, and still others will not be willing to make the climb to the peaks of prosperity and moral superiority for they would rather see their government and this domain fail. But I assure you, the United States of Eden™ people, both the hatters and the hopers, I will lead this climb. I will hammer the spikes. I will tie the knots and test the rope before you climb. Because we as a nation need to rise above everyone and everything if we are to be number one.

Let it be known, now is the time. Let it be know. The time to act is now for now is now.

Now I know it is known that I have smoked Marijuana. The fact is, I smoked a lot of Marijuana, so let it be know that I was a pot head. I enjoyed every puff, every gag, every exhale and every cough. Let it be known, from now and until the next time I smoke pot, that I like to have cookies and milk. Because cookies and milk, you see, give you not only the sugar rush one needs to continue on, but also the calcium and fortified vitamin D to grow and become strong.

Now, there will be a time that I will be passed that pipe, that bong, that joint. And let it be known, now that I am your leader, I will not take that bong, that joint, that pipe. Instead, I will seek to destroy and detain any who do enjoy marijuana as I did. This, I promise you. For you should do as I say and not as I do.

Now is the time because it is. It is the time to act responsibly and with accountability. It is the time to work together and work ourselves from the depths of Hell that Dick Bush has dug for us. It is the time to build a new nation, a new way and a new government. It is the time to rethink how our government works for us and against us. It is the time to imagine new ways to work the government into our lives. It is time to find ways to create and spend more money to get our government back on top. It is time, yes, it is time we begin to think of this nation before we think of ourselves. It is time to act. Now, as citizens from United States of Eden™, we much act. Now is that time.

If there was any time we need to spend lots of our credit line on government stimulus. Now is that time. Now it is not the time to save money.

Now, I know there are many of you criticizing my recent appointment of tax dodgers to help guide our spending of your taxes. Little is it known that it is a requirement that not only is one required to enjoy spending money to be a part of my administration, but one must feel above the law.

Let it be known, we as citizens must not do as I say rather do as I want you to do. And it is now apparent, now more than ever, we should consistently pay out taxes to allow them to be spent.

If we do not do this, you will all die. If there was any time that time is now. Now is the time to act.
